In my post yesterday I mentioned how I went on a quest to find a solution to my weight loss problem. I have been exercising and trying to eat right for the last few years. Although I have managed to lose weight and maintain that weight loss, I have hit a wall and I am not losing anymore weight and I do need to.
So I went on a journey to find a program or something to help me solve that problem. I wrote about two systems that I ran across in yesterday's post.
With that in mind the diet itself consists of lean meats, vegetables, seeds ,nuts and fruits. I know, it sounds pretty boring, but believe it or not these foods can not only not be boring, but they can be down right delicious. That is if you know how to prepare them.
