The one question that lots and lots of people are always looking to find the answer to is how to reduce body fat? Even folks that don't really need to lose any.
It's no secret that America has become a country of a large amount of overweight people. After all we are the country that invented fast food and boy do we love it.
Hell, most of the food we love period is bad for us, but it taste so damn good. All filled with fats, sugars and salt. However, it also causes us to put on the pounds.
And what about exercise? Boy we hate to exercise. It doesn't matter if it takes 30, 15 or 5 minutes. WE HATE EXERCISE!

But, even though we hate diets and exercise we still give them our best try. However, it can be discouraging when we're not losing the weight fast enough or we do lose some weight and then hit a wall where we're stuck and what we've been doing is showing no further results and we end up quitting altogether.
That's just about where I'm at. I haven't quit yet, but it did send me a quest to find out what I need to do to continue my weight loss progress.
During my research I ran across a couple of systems that I thought readers of this post might find interesting.
One of these systems is just for women and though I'm not a woman I was kind of curious about it and decided to look into it and thought you ladies might want to check it out.
The other is an overall system for fat loss for everybody.
The name of the systems are The Venus Factor (the one for women) and The Fat Loss Factor.
I will tell you a little about both of these systems in this post. Or you can check them out for yourself by clicking the links above.

The Venus Factor - How To Reduce Body Fat For Women
As I mentioned earlier the Venus Factor is a system that is strictly for the ladies. Because women and men are so different, some of the diets and exercises that work for men will not work for women. Women need to also lose weight in different areas than men.
The Venus Factor was designed to be the best way to lose body fat for women. It is designed to take each woman's body type into consideration and help you with a diet and exercise plan that suites you.
It gives you simple exercises you can do even if you have never exercised before and a diet that allows you to continue to eat your favorite foods. That makes this a plan that you can stick with more easily.
The major con that some might find with this system is that it is not a “Lose Weight Fast” type of program. This is for women who want to lose the weight and keep it off. This is more of a life style changing thing for women serious about getting the weight off and looking great from now on.
To get more information on this system check out the video on the site. Below is an interview with the creator of the system, John Barban. He talks a lot about what women need for healthy fitness.

The Fat Loss Factor - How To Reduce Body Fat For All
In the weight loss game the one area most of us really want to lose weight is in our belly. I know that's what I'm most concerned with.
However, I have learned that in order to get rid of belly fat you have to reduce body fat all over. That is what the Fat Loss Factor is supposed to help you do.
This program not only gives you strategies for losing weight it also helps you to change your lifestyle in order to keep the weight off.
This is not a program that forces you to eat the meals that they provide and that you have to pay for and never go off of. This program gives you recipes for meals that you can prepare yourself and that you can change. It can also cost you less.
This is a 12 week plan designed to help you lose weight in a healthy way and give you the skills to keep healthy and fit.
The main con for this program is that the first two weeks can be pretty tough for some people. But if you can get through it you are on your way to a healthy and fit life.
If however you find that you can't get through those first two weeks there is a money back guarantee.
There's more information on the video found at the site. Go check it out.
The video below is an inside look at the program once you purchase it.

Conclusion
These days folks are always looking for solutions for the weight loss struggle, even people that don't really need to lose weight.
As I said at the beginning of this post I have struggled with my weight. I have been doing pretty good for the last few years with exercising (which I absolutely hate) and trying to eat right. I have lost weight and kept it of, but I have hit a wall and can't seem to lose anymore and I do have a bit more to lose.
That is why I went on this quest to find a solution to that problem.
The Fat Loss Factor seems like a good program to me and something I'm seriously considering trying.
If anyone reading this has tried this system please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts on it.
Also, for any lady who has tried the Venus Factor, leave a comment about it as well.
I wish everyone who is on a journey to find out how to reduce body fat lots of luck.
Thanks for reading.
