I have noticed that air fryers have become extremely popular. Everywhere I look I am seeing something about them. That brings up the question, are air fryers healthy for cooking?
The thing is, people love fried foods, but with more people trying to eat healthier, how can you combine these two things. We all know that eating fried foods is not really a healthy diet. The oils we use to fry them in is generally full of fats and calories.
Deep fried foods are a particular favorite of a lot of folks, myself included. I mean who doesn't love deep fried chicken for hot wings or deep fried french fries. Heck we even deep fry turkey now. Add that to all the other foods we fry normally and that adds up to a lot of frying, which adds up to a lot of oil, fat and calories.
